This
is fried rice with a twist. You can add as many vegetables as you want, or
double the recipe for more servings. I didn’t add mushrooms to mine, but they
would be good as well. The ingredients are always around the same price.
I
used wild rice, but white would work as well. Cook it regularly and then add it
to the pan when everything else is almost done.

What
to do:
1.
Wash and cut vegetables into small
pieces
2.
Cook vegetables in pan with oil and
soy sauce on medium heat until browned
3.
Add eggs and cook on both sides,
flipping like an omelette or scrambled
4.
Add cooked rice and continue cooking
for about 5 minutes
