Introduction

Cook books always have great ideas for what to cook, but often have hard-to-get ingredients and long descriptions to read. This blog will have basic recipes for healthy, (mostly) vegetarian cooking. It will be easy to read with pictures showing the steps.  

A lot of ingredients will be optional, and recipes will be based on what is available seasonally, locally, and on sale. 

I will try to post recipes every week or two. Please let me know what you think! As everyone’s stove/oven is different, cook time may vary a bit. Make sure you have basic spices and oil at home before you start.
