You
can add whatever spices and vegetables you want to this dish. It only takes
about 10 minutes to put together and then can be put in the oven and left until
cooked.
I
used orzo because it was what I had available, but you can also make this dish
with rice. I based the costs roughly on Market on Yates, and you will have left
over vegetarian/fake meatballs (which can be found in the frozen food section).

4 small potatoes $1

1 green pepper $1

1 small onion $0.25

What
to do:
1.
Preheat oven to 400°C
2.
Clean and cut vegetables into small
pieces
3.
Oil dish and add rice/orzo with
enough water to cover
4.
Add other ingredients and mix
together
5.
Cook covered for about 1 hour or
until vegetables are cooked through
